ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you’ll be a key part of our sales team — reaching out to potential customers, starting conversations, and helping us open doors to new business. You’ll research prospects, craft outreach messages, jump on cold calls, and work closely with our sales team to book quality demos. This is a hands-on, high-energy role where you’ll be talking to a lot of people every day, learning fast, and building real sales experience in a supportive, tech-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify and research potential clients to understand their business, goals, and challenges * Reach out to new prospects through a mix of email, calls, and social channels to spark conversations * Qualify leads based on key criteria and determine if there’s a strong fit for our solutions * Book and coordinate demo meetings for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff * Test and refine outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates * Keep lead details and outreach activities well-organized in our CRM system
REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a tech-related field * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — the ability to spot high-value opportunities * Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken * Self-sufficiency and the ability to make independent decisions * A structured, methodical approach to lead qualification * Passion for tech, digital trends, and online security * Resilience and motivation — someone who enjoys structured, repetitive tasks and continuously improving processes * Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive) and sales automation tools is a plus * A university degree in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage
