Ready for a career upgrade?
As we enter a new stage of scale and operational maturity, we’re building a solid foundation to support long-term growth. To drive this transformation, we’re looking for a Business Transformation Manager — someone who will design a scalable growth system, implement a robust change framework, and lead us toward transparent and sustainable expansion.
What you’ll be doing:
— Build a transparent initiative map, aligning priorities across current brands, new B2B clients, and core platform development — to focus efforts on the highest-value functionality;
— Implement a prioritization system grounded in strategic goals and data;
— Develop real-time dashboards and executive control panels: status updates, deadlines, risks, and workload — all in one place;
— Launch PMO-as-a-service: provide templates, team support, and foster a culture of change;
— Create a performance framework: define productivity metrics, support transparent planning, and guide cost management;
— Build a team of representatives from key areas who will implement changes within the organization;
— Conduct initiative audits and run transformation experiments;
— Guide change management processes that are systematic, adaptive, and scalable;
— Structure and document business processes, define clear ownership areas, and create a single source of truth for operations;
— Establish a centralized hub to track all changes, tasks, and projects, accessible across the company;
— Develop an internal OKR approach to plan non-client initiatives and align them with client-facing priorities;
— Initiate the technical strategy process: build a clear and repeatable model for tech planning and evolution.
Skills you’ll apply:
— 3+ years of experience in change management, transformation programs, or launching a PMO in mid to large-scale tech companies;
— Strong understanding of development processes, portfolio management, and strategic planning;
— Experience in launching reporting systems, building dashboards, and working with performance metrics;
— Ability to drive transformation in cross-functional environments, foster collaboration, and shape organizational culture;
— Excellent facilitation, analytical thinking, and systematic skills.
Bonus points:
— Experience in iGaming and/or SaaS;
— Background in launching PMO or transformation offices;
— Understanding of B2B market expectations, including SLA readiness, reporting, and transparency for external client;
— Familiarity with BI tools, OKR/SMART frameworks, and maturity models.
