Responsibilities * Lead product discovery processes to uncover client pain points, business needs, and end-user requirements. * Perform market research and competitor analysis to inform solution design and validate demand. * Collaborate with UX/UI and Tech teams to align early-stage concepts with feasible technical solutions. * Define digital solutions, formulate product vision, and break down scope into actionable deliverables. * Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and analyze requirements. * Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation (SRS, user stories, diagrams, DoD, etc.). * Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. * Support product design by working closely with UX/UI on user journeys, flows, and wireframes. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align product features with go-to-market and launch strategies. * Identify and mitigate project risks, manage project scope, and ensure delivery is aligned with the roadmap. * Track performance metrics, validate hypotheses, and refine features based on real user data and feedback. * Facilitate project ceremonies and ensure ongoing alignment across cross-functional teams.
Requirements * At least 3 years of experience in digital product development as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role. * Demonstrated experience with pre-sales activities or early-stage client engagement is a strong advantage. * Proficient in business communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative problem-solving. * Comfortable leading initiatives independently and working across multidisciplinary teams. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices. * Experience with product discovery, user research, and delivery from concept to launch. * Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English is a must.
