Sednor is seeking a dedicated and customer — oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for one of our clients, providing support and solutions to enhance the experience of their customers with their products/services.
Project details:
* B2B Fintech platform for international payments processing.
* Multiple third-party payment processors integrations.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
* Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues related to our product/service. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as necessary.
* Document and track customer interactions and problems in the customer relationship management system (CRM).
* Provide feedback to the product team about customers’ needs or challenges.
* Help customers understand the features and benefits of products/services.
* Participate in training and development sessions to understand the latest updates to the products/services.
* Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* English — B2+
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
* High level of patience and active listening skills.
* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
