We are looking for a Manual QA Specialist to join our client team for a full-time contract-based cooperation (full-remote).

You’ll be working with a fast-growing fintech company from the UK that helps people become homeowners without relying on traditional mortgages. Their platform offers a flexible and modern alternative to home financing, using tech to make property ownership more accessible.
What is the team size and structure?
CTO, PM, Junior QA, Full-stack Software Engineer.
How many stages of the interview are there?
— Interview with the Recruiter — up to 30 min.;
— Technical interview with Ralabs — up to 1 hour;
— Technical interview with client — up to 1 hour.
Requirements: * At least 1,5 years of commercial experience in QA * Upper-Intermediate level of English. * Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role * Experience in QA methodology * Familiarity with Agile frameworks * Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., Qase) * Attention to detail * Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude * Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities: * Participate in planning sessions with the Engineering team to assess requirements and identify gaps in acceptance criteria * Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop effective testing strategies for defined User Stories * Writing well-organized test suites and clear test cases * Execute test cases and analyze results * Report bugs and errors for the team to resolve * Help diagnose and troubleshoot errors that are reported by users or monitoring systems * Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing * Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle * Conduct regular regression testing of the platform
