We are looking for an experienced, self-driven Mid-Level Lead Generation Specialist. You will design, execute, and optimize outbound prospecting processes from scratch to build a brand new lead generation stream in the Middle East market. This is a promising role. You will work directly with the CEO while setting up and refining processes, researching target segments, personalizing outreach, and delivering prospects who match the ICP and demonstrate strong business potential.

Requirements: * Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Snovio, Apollo, etc. * Advanced understanding of ICP segmentation with the ability to refine ICP based on market feedback. * Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive), LinkedIn/email automation tools, and analytics dashboards. * Ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach across channels. * Strong experimental mindset: able to design, run, and analyze outreach experiments to optimize performance. * Excellent research skills and a keen eye for market signals that suggest opportunity. * Strong English communication skills (B2+ level or higher, written and spoken). * Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership. * Experience designing and implementing structured lead generation processes, including reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement. * Comfortable working with metrics and adjusting strategies based on data insights. * Nice to have experience working with the Middle East market.
Responsibilities: * Design, own, and execute multichannel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Upwork, email, etc) tailored to defined ICP segments in the Middle East market. * Qualify leads based on established ICP criteria (e.g., geography, industry, seniority). * Schedule introductory calls or meetings between qualified leads and the Account Executive. * Personalize outreach messaging based on industry context, company size, technology stack, or strategic pain points. * Contribute to the onboarding of new tools and workflows to support the growth of the lead generation stream. * Collaborate directly with the CEO to align lead generation activities with overall business objectives and go-to-market strategy. * Ensure all prospect and account data in CRM (e.g., Pipedrive) is accurate, consistently tagged, and maintained to the highest standard. * Track, analyze, and report on lead engagement metrics, adapting outreach strategies based on performance data. * Prepare regular reports and recommendations to improve pipeline and campaign performance.
