About the Role: We create a network of Telegram channels and communities with sports betting tips and booking codes targeted at Naija.
You will first-handly create and manage Telegram communities and create content, mainly betting tips, and furthermore manage junior community managers and tipsters.
Responsibilities: * Create and technically support Telegram channels: settings, bots, etc. * Manage telegram communities to ensure member retention and engagement. * Write posts: sports betting tips with booking codes, short predictions, news. * Collaborate with designers and marketing specialists. * Coordinate junior community managers and tipsters ensuring quality.
Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Telegram Community Manager. * Proven sports betting expertise and in-depth football knowledge. * Technical expertise in Telegram such as setting bots. * Native written and spoken Pidgin and English. * Betting experience and knowledge of Tennis and Basketball would be an advantage. * Experience with Nigerian online bookmakers would be an advantage. * Experience managing X (ex-Twitter) accounts would be an advantage.
Abilities: * Natural communicator able to hype and engage communities. * Autonomous work and initiative. * Organizing yourself and the team in a remote setting.
Conditions: * Competitive monthly salary (depending on your experience). * Full-time remote position (10-19 GMT+3 but can be flexible). * Standard policy of paid vacation and public holidays for your country. * Experience working in an international team.
