Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and strategic User Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing user acquisition strategies across various digital platforms, with a focus on driving growth for our educational products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and ensure we meet our user growth targets.
What You’ll Do: * Development of a user acquisition strategy based on market analysis and product specifics. * Creation and optimization of marketing campaigns on top platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). * Analysis and tracking of acquired traffic performance to maintain a high return on investment. * Conducting A/B tests to improve metrics at various stages of the funnel. * Generation and implementation of new hypotheses and ideas based on a data-driven approach.
We expect you to: * Be highly motivated to grow in performance marketing. * Have some initial experience in marketing or related fields — for example, working at a digital agency, a B2C product, in consulting, analytics, or promoting your own project. * Enjoy working with numbers and have strong analytical skills. * Be able to analyze metrics, identify cause-and-effect relationships, and generate new hypotheses. * Have English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher. * Your superpowers include proactivity, curiosity, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes, attention to detail, and openness.
It will be a plus if you have: * Experience launching advertising campaigns. * Experience working in or closely with a marketing team.
