We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s passionate about turning complex financial data into clear, impactful insights that drive smarter decisions.
What You’ll Be Working On
Partner with the Finance Team. Work closely with finance team members and business stakeholders to understand what they need—and help turn their questions into actionable data insights.
Build & Maintain Dashboards. Create and support interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that help the team analyze trends, track performance, and make informed decisions.
Run Ad-Hoc Analyses. Respond to specific business requests by preparing custom queries and data extracts—helping the team get the answers they need, fast.
⏱️ Ensure Timely, Accurate Reporting. Make sure dashboards, reports, and one-off data requests are delivered on time and error-free, supporting both recurring and urgent needs.
⚙️ Help Us Move Beyond Excel. Be part of our shift from manual Excel processes to a modern, centralized reporting setup—making everything more efficient and scalable.
You’ll be a great fit if You have:
Experience in Data Analysis * At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with data. * Experience with financial data or working closely with Finance teams is a big advantage.
SQL & Data Exploration * You know your way around SQL and can write clear, efficient queries.Comfortable with data aggregation, cleaning, and transformation—especially for financial metrics.
Data Visualization with Tableau * Confident building advanced dashboards in Tableau that are clear, insightful, and fast. * You can take a stakeholder request and turn it into a visual story that supports decision-making. * You’re able to translate financial numbers into actionable business insights.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) * Some experience with Python for light data manipulation or automation. * Comfortable working with data from APIs, Google Sheets, or CSVs.
