As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Newxel, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier IT professionals to join our customer’s growing teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with diverse skill sets and experiences. Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in talent sourcing within the IT field
* Strong understanding of IT roles and core technologies
* Expertise in developing sourcing strategies and conducting market research; experience in European locations is a plus
* Proficient in using candidate sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, PeopleGPT, Djinni, DOU, etc.)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with ATS
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a professional network
* At least intermediate proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist and Sourcing Leader to understand specific skill requirements and project objectives
* Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through online channels, social media, professional networks, and industry events
* Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
* Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and potential candidate pipelines
* Actively seek feedback and stay informed about emerging best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing
* Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline the sourcing process for increased efficiency and effectiveness
