We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong systems-thinking mindset to lead the next phase of our products. Our suite of enterprise web/mobile apps includes complex dashboards, rich data visualizations, and dense information environments — so clarity, usability, and scalability are key.
We expect from you: — 3+ years experience in web design — 2+ years experience in UX design — Have experience designing mobile-first products in Figma
— Understand core principles of UI/UX, accessibility, mobile design patterns
— Can think in components and help build scalable design systems
— Enjoy working across both client and company-facing tasks
— Are proactive, organized, and open to feedback
— Have a portfolio (even a small one) with real product examples — Upper-intermediate level of English — is a must
Will be a plus: — Experience in After Effects — Animation / prototyping skills (Figma, Framer, Lottie, etc.)
— Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/React components
— Branding or identity design experience
You will work on: — Creating, redesigning & improving existing products and new functionality to it; — Collaborating with the development team. — Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems — Providing A/B testing — Creating prototyping (UX) and UI mockups in Figma — Researching and analyzing new design approaches — Creating guidelines for web projects — Preparing projects for the front-end stage — Creating technical tasks for the dev team — Supporting products with additional graphic materials — Keeping up-to-date inner libraries of design styles
