We are looking for a Project Manager who is ready to partially take on the role of a Product Manager — focusing on Discovery, client onboarding, and team management. About the project: A platform for companies in the property restoration sector — CRM, asset tracking, analytics, integrations with business services. The goal is to optimize client processes and increase their efficiency.
Your responsibilities:
— Managing the full project lifecycle — from presale to support — Controlling deadlines, budget, resources, and client expectations — Organizing the Discovery phase: analyzing client needs, gathering requirements, preparing documentation (Figma, Miro) — Onboarding new clients: coordinating team work, synchronizing participants, kickstarting work — Creating and maintaining the product roadmap — Ensuring quality communication with clients — Working with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Zoom
Your profile:
— 2+ years of experience in IT outsourcing as a Project Manager — Experience with Discovery phases (or willingness to develop this skill) — Ability to independently learn the product and propose solutions — Skills in analytics, facilitation, and requirements writing — Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
Nice to have:
— Experience working with the US market — Understanding of technical integrations (QuickBooks, Twilio) — PMP certification or BA/Product management courses
