— 3+ years of experience in system, functional, or business analysis; — Experience working on finance or payment system-related projects — Understanding of SDLC and agile development processes; — Experience in creating wireframes; — Ability to translate business requirements to functional requirements; — Experience working with APIs, event logs — Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, attention to details; — Ability to represent a workflow or process with the diagrams; — Technical background and mindset; — At least the Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

— Experience in creating technical documentation. — Experience in Pre-Sales activity — Experience in designing and implementing both IT and non-IT-related process workflows and procedures. — A technical background or experience working closely with IT development teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of solutions. — Demonstrates a strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and business domains.
Responsibilities
— Analyzing clients’ business requirements and workflow; — Processing documents, interviews, workshops; — Engaging with clients to reveal their needs and requirements to craft a vision for the future solution; — Risk management and estimating the size of the possible solutions and its changes; — Define the As-Is and To-Be stages to deliver upon complex software solutions; — Develop a strong vision, assess gaps, and propose improvements for the projects; — Communicate with developers helping them understand the projects’ requirements and the best way to achieve them; — Specify requirements in SRS, process diagrams, wireframes, and clickable prototypes.
