Livatek is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for part time who will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring IT talent for various tech roles in a Danish company in Kyiv. This position plays a crucial role in identifying and acquiring skilled software developers, engineers, and other technical professionals to support the company’s growth and development initiatives.

Skills required: * 1+ years of hands-on experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role focused on technical hiring; * Comfortable with the software development domain, programming languages, and IT technologies; * Knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies for attracting IT talents; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail; * Ability to work closely with customers and colleagues across the organization; * Understanding of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies; * Experience in closing vacancies at the Middle+ level in the IT-sphere; * Proficiency in written and spoken English communication skills (Upper Intermediate level or higher).
Responsibilities include: * Execute the full recruitment cycle, including working with hiring managers to understand job requirements, identifying candidate lead sources, conducting evaluation processes, organizing client interviews, and entering agreements with candidates; * Communicate effectively with foreign clients, ensuring clear understanding of their hiring needs and providing regular updates on recruitment progress; * Maintain an up-to-date CV database and create recruitment-related documents and reports as required; * Manage job postings and ensure consistent presence on relevant recruiting websites and platforms; * Establish positive relationships with active and potential candidates, providing feedback and ensuring a positive candidate experience; * Provide complete and accurate information to applicants about the company, the client, and the position, ensuring transparency and effective communication; * Continuously improve recruitment and evaluation processes by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices;
