What is the purpose of this position?
Our company is continuously growing. Recently, the number of requests from potential clients has doubled. As a result, we decided to expand our recruiting efforts and invite a new specialist to join our team.
Qualifications you`ll need to bring: * 2+ years of experience in a similar role with both tech and non-tech positions; * Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industries; * Hands-on experience with ATS; * Experience using various sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, Telegram channels, Slack, GitHub, to name but a few; * Proficiency in various interview techniques, including case and behavioral interviews; * Strong evaluation skills; * Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to have skills: * Experience in successfully filling urgent vacancies; * Expertise in creating job profiles; * Ability to create a positive candidate experience; * Active utilization of AI tools for the recruitment process.
In this role, you will be in charge of: * Colaboration with hiring managers and technical interviewers; * Creating engaging vacancy descriptions; * Developing job profiles and questionaries based on role-specific requirements; * Active sourcing candidates and processing incoming applications; * Conducting complex interviews with candidates using various evaluation technics; * Assessing candidates’ English proficiency; * Providing feedbacks for both candidates and hiring team; * Coordinating technical interviews; * Conducting candidate backgriund checks; * Work with ATS (Persia); * Building long-term relationships with candidates; * Creating job offers; * Reporting.
