Requirements: * 4+ years in iGaming B2B (account management, partnerships, biz dev roles) * Experience managing people and/or building teams * Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude * Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills * Data-literate and confident in identifying trends, risks, and revenue opportunities * Comfortable in a high-speed, scaling environment with changing priorities * Experience in working with budgets, marginality, contracts, and invoices * Fluent English * Ability to go on business trips
Your future responsibilities: * Lead the Account Management team * Be a player-coach: handle VIP clients while overseeing the team’s performance * Act as an escalation point for complex issues * Ensure high NPS, retention, and performance across clients * Collaborate with Commercial & Technical teams to identify & pursue growth opportunities within accounts, forecast current accounts needs, extend the scope of current accounts & create demand with more service offerings * Negotiate new deals within existing accounts * Report on KPIs, risks, and opportunities to the executive team, prepare forecasts * Define team structure, workload allocation, and growth paths * Improve account management processes, playbooks, documentation
