We are looking for a Presales Solution Architect to join us as part of our team. About the role About the role As a Presales Solution Architect, you will drive the technical vision and strategy during the presales phase, ensuring our solutions align with client needs and position us to win. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal teams to design robust architectures, estimate efforts, identify risks, and set up projects for success. As a qualified expert, You will Solution Design & Strategy: * Discover & Analyze: Deeply explore client business requirements, challenges, and pain points to shape a high-level solution vision. * Architect & Design: Develop target architecture diagrams (C4 context and containers), integration maps, and define the key technical components and their interactions forming the backbone of the solution. * Propose & Justify: Prepare comprehensive technical sections of proposals, clearly outlining the scope, epics, technology stack, and non-functional drivers (e.g., security, scalability, compliance).
Estimation & Risk Management: * Estimate & Plan: Collaborate with the Presales team to produce reliable effort and resource estimates using T-shirt sizing and PERT methodologies, leveraging predefined templates. * Identify Risks: Proactively identify potential technical and delivery risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
Client Engagement & Communication: * Present & Defend: Confidently lead technical demonstrations and Q&A sessions, clearly communicating the value and rationale of proposed solutions to both technical stakeholders and C-level audiences. * Collaborate & Influence: Partner closely with the Presales team to define a compelling value proposition, highlight key differentiators, and shape strategies to achieve business objectives.
Internal Improvement & Handover: * Build and Evolve Assets: Audit, develop, and enhance internal presales assets, such as templates, case studies, and reference architectures, to boost the quality and speed of future responses. * Ensure Continuity: Execute a thorough handover of all technical context to the delivery team post-contract signing and provide support during the project kick-off phase.
We’re looking for you if you have * 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Architecture, or a similar senior technical role. * Hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and a strong grasp of modern architectural patterns, including microservices, containerization, serverless, and others. * Proficiency in creating high-level design documentation, such as context and container diagrams, sequence diagrams, and deployment models. * Experience leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate documentation, diagram generation, research, and trade-off analysis. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to tailor complex technical discussions for both technical and non-technical audiences, ask the right questions, and build trust with C-level executives in English (Upper Intermediate+). * Domain expertise in FinTech, InsurTech, or AdTech is a strong plus.
