Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Marketing Analytics Intern for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine.

Position Overview: * We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Analytics Intern to support our Website and Marketing Analytics team, working directly with the Marketing Performance Manager. * Your insights will help inform strategic decisions across paid media, website performance, and marketing attribution. * This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills in marketing data platforms such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Excel. * Availability for client meetings until 8 PM UA time. * Duration: 6-month program with possible extension.
Requirements Required Qualifications * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas such as VLOOKUP, IF statements, tables, pivot tables, and conditional formatting) * Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail * Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets * Good written and verbal communication skills * Excellent spoken and written English * Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and ask questions
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) * Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 * Basic understanding of digital B2B marketing concepts (leads, opportunities, UTM parameters, conversion metrics) * Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement)
Key Responsibilities Data Management * Assist with data hygiene and quality checks across marketing reports * Clean and transform raw data from platforms such as Google Analytics and Salesforce
Reporting & Insights * Build and maintain automated dashboards and pivot-based reports in Excel * Support the creation of weekly and monthly performance summaries
Campaign & Web Tracking * Help with QA of campaign tagging (e.g., UTMs) and monitor data accuracy * Track and analyze website and campaign performance metrics
Documentation & Communication * Document recurring processes and contribute to analytics standard operating procedures * Create slides and visualizations for stakeholder presentations
