We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who will oversee and coordinate multiple corporate and software development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. As a Program Manager, you will be working closely with our Executive Team and Directors.
If you have a proven track record in managing complex programs, coupled with strong understanding of program & project & process management methodologies, budgeting acumen, and a data-driven approach, do not hesitate to apply! In this role, you will: * Align and manage various projects to ensure they meet the organization’s mission and program goals. * Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management. * Oversee process management, ensuring standardized procedures are followed across all projects for consistency and efficiency. * Coordinate cross-functional teams collaboration for effective communication across all project activities, ensuring smooth workflows. * Manage program risks and issues, applying mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes. * Monitor program performance, using metrics and KPIs to provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. * Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in. * Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains. * Ensure consistent reporting and documentation, tracking program progress and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed.
Skills you’ll need to bring: * Experience in managing complex programs in product SaaS companies * Deep understanding of change management methodologies, including ADKAR and other industry-standard frameworks * Proficiency in process management * Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies * Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, plans and comprehensive documentation * Data-driven decision making based on performance monitoring * Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking * Stakeholder management * Advanced English
