We’re looking for a Project Manager to boost up the Phenomenon team and push projects through to the finish line! If you are a self-starter and a team player who is ready to take charge of teams and help exceed our client’s expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We need an energetic person who can manage projects and find a common language with all project participants. This person must desire to be actively involved in the team, not stop in front of difficulties, and be happy to solve non-standard cases.
Requirements:
— 3+ years of commercial Project Management experience working with design and development teams; — Understanding of web apps and/or mobile design and development process; — Proven experience in successful project delivery (meeting scope, budget, time, and quality); — Strong knowledge of SDLC and methodologies; — Experience in using ClickUp, Jira, or other project management software; — Proven experience in preparation of project documentation (roadmap, milestones, timelines, project reports); — Effective communicator dealing with both technical and non-technical people; — Good time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills; — Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously; — Advanced English both spoken and written;
Key responsibilities:
— Coordinate the project (web and mobile apps) from brief to launch;
— Preparing project timelines and roadmaps for successful completion;
— Collaborate with stakeholders to define project/iteration scope, objectives, and deliverables;
— Monitoring task completion, project team’s workload, removing roadblocks, communicating progress to stakeholders;
— Organizing and maintaining clear project documentation;
— Managing the expectations both internally and externally;
— Develop solutions to problems during the project;
— Keep the team working towards the same goal;
