We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with proven expertise in both interface design and product logic, someone capable of creating visually polished, high-performing solutions for complex digital products.
You’ll join a strategic design team working on complex, outcome-driven products for international clients across various industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving real user and business challenges through thoughtful design and is ready to grow into a design lead or team mentor in the future. Requirements: * 4+ years of experience designing digital products in collaborative teams. * Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both UI (visuals, layout, systems) and UX (flows, logic, interactions). * Experience designing for measurable outcomes — activation, retention, engagement. * Confident working with data: interpreting analytics, identifying behavior patterns, and translating them into design. * Skilled in prototyping and interaction design — from wireframes to polished UI. * Familiar with tools like Figma, FigJam, Hotjar, GA, Mixpanel. * Comfortable using or exploring AI-assisted design tools (like V0 or similar). * Understanding of usability, accessibility, and human-centered design. * Experience mentoring or supporting other designers on a project. * Strong communication skills in English (B2+).
Responsibilities: * Designing intuitive, elegant interfaces with high visual and interaction polish. * Analyzing user behavior through analytics, session recordings, and qualitative interviews to uncover hidden friction points. * Building end-to-end experiences: from UX architecture and flow design to high-fidelity UI and final delivery for development. * Designing emotionally intelligent product experiences that reduce friction, guide users with clarity, and build trust through tone, interaction, and flow logic. * Collaborating directly with developers, marketers, and client-side teams to align design with business context and technical feasibility. * Leading or supporting usability testing, gathering qualitative feedback, tracking post-release metrics, and iterating accordingly. * Maintaining consistency and scalability through reusable components, shared systems, and clear documentation. * Leading design delivery on strategic projects — collaborating directly with client-side stakeholders, mentoring fellow designers, and ensuring design quality across the product lifecycle.
