Greetings! We are looking for an insightful and detail-oriented Product Analyst to strengthen our analytics team and contribute to data-driven decision-making for our key business units.

Requirements: — 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics with a focus on product metrics — Proficient SQL (PostgreSQL), Google Sheets, and Excel — Solid foundation in statistics and probability — Strong data visualization skills (preferably Tableau) — Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, payments, marketing, retention, etc.) — Excellent analytical thinking, self-organization, and attention to detail — Ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders — English — at least Intermediate (read documentation)
Nice to have: — Knowledge of column-oriented storages (e.g., BigQuery, AWS Athena) — Strong GA4 analysis skills (analytics only — no setup required)
How you’ll be contributing: — Monitoring and analyzing key product and payment funnel metrics — Working with user segments (incl. high-value customers) — Identifying anomalies in KPIs and finding their root causes — Generating hypotheses and uncovering growth opportunities — Supporting the development of our BI infrastructure (database + Tableau dashboards) — Contributing to business planning and modeling
