Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruiting for IT and marketing roles within high-risk industries.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience recruiting in IT, Digital Marketing, or Gambling/iGaming; * In-depth understanding of role profiles for marketers, media buyers, affiliate specialists, and product roles; * Ability to gather and accurately interpret client requirements; * Proficiency in sourcing tools and conducting structured interviews; * Experience managing clients and hiring manager communications; * Familiarity with various sourcing channels and ATS platforms; * Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively; * English level: B1 and above.
Responsibilities: * Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates; * Communicate with clients and provide regular reporting and updates; * Build candidate pipelines and conduct proactive outreach; * Maintain and update ATS and internal databases; * Collaborate with sourcers and other team members; * Represent Hantix at industry events and expand professional network; * Continuously improve recruitment processes and client satisfaction.
