Who we’re looking for: We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer who is well-versed in affiliate marketing structures and understands the specifics of media buying roles within the Gambling/iGaming space.
Requirements: * Proven experience in sourcing candidates, ideally within Gambling, iGaming, or online casino sectors; * Understanding of affiliate marketing roles, including the structure and media buyer specifics; * Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and confident use of social media platforms; * Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently; * Knowledge of English will be a plus.
Responsibilities: * Search and attract candidates for positions in Gambling, iGaming, and Affiliate Marketing; * Use various sourcing channels: social media, job boards, direct search, and networking; * Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit; * Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure smooth candidate handoffs in the hiring funnel; * Maintain and regularly update the candidate database; * Build and nurture a consistent candidate pipeline; * Prepare and deliver regular progress and results reports.
