memoryOS is looking for a performance-driven AppLovin Media Buyer to scale and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across AppLovin’s network. You’ll own campaign execution from setup to optimization, driving traffic and ROAS for a top-ranking app in the education space.
We’re a remote team of 30+ diverse, like-minded professionals, united in solving the problem of the forgetting curve.
As part of our team, you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and creative team to optimize paid funnels, test performance hypotheses, and maximize ROAS — playing a critical role in scaling the most-funded app on Kickstarter and the #1 product in its category.
This is a part-time position with an opportunity to join the team full time in the future.

What you’ll be working on: * Daily monitoring of campaign performance to ensure meeting ROAS goals * Launch new campaigns to test creatives, setup, geo, targeting, etc * Analyze campaign performance across cohorts, placements, and creatives to maximize ROAS. * Run structured A/B tests to identify winning strategies and iterate quickly. * Work with Amplitude, Appsflyer, and Campaignswell to track full-funnel performance and maintain our ROAS goals. * Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce and test engaging video ad creatives and UGC. * Collaborate with our product & dev teams to develop custom funnels to improve campaign performance. * Research market trends and competitors, generate and test new growth hypotheses. * Communicate results, bottlenecks, and ensure efficient collaboration with the dev team, R&D, and C-level executives. * Our expectation is that you will allocate ~10 hrs per week, but we focus on the outcome, not the hours spent working.
You are a great fit if you have: * 1+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition with a focus on in-app ad networks, ideally with AppLovin * Proven ability to manage 5-figure monthly budgets and more and deliver profitable performance. * Strong understanding of UA funnel metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention) and how to optimize them. * Experience working with MMPs like Appsflyer or Adjust. * Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with tools like Amplitude or Tableau. * Fast execution style and comfort with rapid creative testing and iteration. * Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
Bonus Points: * Experience with other networks: Moloco, Unity, IronSource. * Experience working in a startup or remote-first team environment.
