We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team and take full ownership of complex legal processes — from contract drafting to post-deal execution.
This role is focused on M&A transactions, corporate structuring, and legal project/Due dill procedures. It’s not about legal routine — it’s about depth, responsibility, and real business impact. What You’ll Do * Lead and support M&A and corporate restructuring projects (e.g. drafting shareholder agreements, conducting due diligence, supervising legal execution). * Create and manage legal roadmaps for cross-border transactions. * Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (including merchant, software, service, NDA, and payment processing contracts). Maintain and improve internal contract registers and legal documentation standards. * Provide practical legal advice to the business and assess risks in new partnerships. * Collaborate with external l legal teams across jurisdictions.
What We Expect * Higher legal education. * 4–5+ years of legal experience (in-house or at a law firm), ideally in investment structures, holding companies, or iGaming. * Practical experience working with M&A and corporate matters. * Previous exposure to high-risk industries (iGaming, fintech, etc.) is a plus. Legal English at B2+/C1 — 95% of contracts are in English. * Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently. * Based in Cyprus or ready to relocate.
