We’re looking for a Senior Research Scientist/ ML Engineer (Research-focused) / Applied ML Engineer with strong expertise in language models, foundation models, and applied machine learning. You will join a high-impact research team focused on solving cutting-edge challenges in generative AI. The ideal candidate brings both strong academic grounding and practical experience in applying research at scale.
Key Qualifications
* Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field:
* PhD with 1+ year of relevant experience
* Master’s with 3+ years of experience
* Bachelor’s with 4+ years of experience
* Or equivalent hands-on experience
* Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, KDD, CHI, Nature)
* Strong coding skills and hands-on experience working with foundation models (LLMs, SLMs)
* Ability to translate research into scalable solutions — focusing on real-world impact over theoretical models
* Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
* Experience contributing to successful applied research projects in industry settings
* Research background specifically in language models or adjacent areas
