We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience who will own the email channel end-to-end and will significantly impact our growth trajectory.
Responsibilities: * Develop and execute an end-to-end email marketing strategy. * Own the full process: segmentation, copywriting, visual briefing, A/B testing, deliverability monitoring, and reporting. * Continuously optimize campaign performance using data insights and experimentation. * Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align messaging with product updates, user behavior, and business goals. * Monitor key metrics (OR, CTR, CR, churn, etc.) and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. * Maintain a clean and engaged subscriber list to ensure high deliverability and compliance with regulations.
Requirements: * 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing (ideally in product tech or mobile app companies). * Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and user journey mapping. * Experience with ESPs like Customer.io, MailChimp, eSputnik, or similar platforms. * Ability to write concise, conversion-oriented marketing copy in English. * Solid analytical skills and experience running A/B tests, interpreting campaign data, and drawing actionable insights. * Attention to detail and ownership mindset.
