We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong focus on Power BI to join our team and support a customer project. This role involves designing and maintaining dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate is someone with deep expertise in Power BI, a strong analytical mindset, and solid communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
— Collaborate with the customer and internal stakeholders to gather BI requirements and deliver tailored dashboards and reports using Power BI — Develop and maintain key performance dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making — Act as a data owner for critical business metrics, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports — Optimize and automate reporting solutions using best practices in data visualization and user experience — Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate business needs into actionable analytics — Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide data-driven recommendations — Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency in all reporting deliverables
Required Qualifications:
— 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field — Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard creation — Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL — Experience with data modeling, KPIs definition, and reporting layer optimization — Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data structures — Experience working directly with customers or on client-facing projects — Excellent communication and presentation skills — Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have:
— Experience with ETL processes and development of SQL stored procedures — Knowledge of mobile/web analytics platforms (Appsflyer/Firebase/Amplitude)
