We are looking for experiensed Lawyer to join our team!
Requirements: * Professional experience of 1+ year in companies with an international presence or as an in-house lawyer, preferably in IT, iGaming, betting, fintech, payment, or digital businesses; * Solid knowledge of contract, finance, corporate, and other relevant areas of law; * Proven experience in conducting legal research and analyzing complex legal issues; * Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with strong attention to detail; * Ability to analyze complex legal issues, identify risks, and propose practical solutions; * Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently; * Upper-intermediate English (both spoken and written) is a must; * Strong understanding of the payment industry is a plus.
Responsibilities: * Draft, review, and approve contracts, as well as revise internal agreements, policies, and other legal documents; * Evaluate risks associated with contracts and agreements to protect the company against uncontrolled risks * Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues and provide recommendations to management and stakeholders; * Assist with obtaining payment licenses in various jurisdictions; * Accurately complete questionnaires, collect necessary documents, and communicate with financial institutions to open and maintain bank and payment service provider accounts; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including technology, product, support, compliance, and business development — to address legal issues and deliver practical solutions.
