Our company is growing successively, so we are looking for a proactive HR Partner.
Requirements: * 4+ years of experience in HR, preferable both in multinational companies (Big4, FMCG, etc) and IT sector. * Experience independently supporting a team of 100+ employees as an HR partner * Solid understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices * Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office suite * English level — Upper intermediate * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities: * Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with business needs * Support the implementation and further development of the HRIS * Maintain and manage accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS * Take ownership of employee onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience * Provide day-to-day guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters * Support initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and engaging work environment * Partner with managers to guide performance improvement processes and support employee development planning * Contribute to the development, review, and administration of the benefits package * Collaborate with managers to identify employee training and development needs and help coordinate learning initiatives * Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations * Work closely with the marketing team on employer brand development and related initiatives
