Sales Specialist (Remote) — Commission or Fixed Salary

What You’ll Do * Own the full B2B sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals * Identify and engage potential clients via LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and more * Build long-term relationships with clients in the tech/startup space * Collaborate with internal teams to craft and present tailored proposals * Suggest, test, and refine lead-generation strategies
✅ Requirements * 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales for IT companies * Strong background in outbound lead generation and closing deals * Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, and cold outreach tools * Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+) * Strategic thinking, proactivity, and a self-starter mindset
Nice to Have * Knowledge of modern sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger Sales) * Experience selling AI-based or blockchain-based products/services
