Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in cultivating and closing B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the blockchain industry, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive revenue and enhance our market position.
Responsibilities: * Identify, prospect, and establish new B2B partnerships that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. * Conduct thorough market research to identify potential B2B partnership opportunities. * Create scripts for communicating with key decision-makers for different channels. * Enhance relationships with current customers by upgrading services and discovering new opportunities to expand the partnership. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective partners. * Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators related to partnership development. * Create and regularly update partner plans on a quarterly basis.
Key skills and qualifications: * 2+ years of proven sales experience in the B2B field; * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; * Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment; * Ability to work independently and in a team; * Advanced level of English is required (minimum B2); * Expertise in the cryptocurrency niche.
