As a lead generator, you’ll help us seek new business opportunities & generate qualified sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
— Monitor potential clients & prepare personalized cover letters on Upwork; — Build a leads database through Upwork & Clutch; — Prepare sales approach and outbound sequence for reaching prospects on LinkedIn; — Maintain a CRM to monitor your KPI; — Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify new opportunities & industry trends.
Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in IT lead generation; — 2+ years of experience with LinkedIn (if less we will teach you); — At least 1 year of commercial experience with Upwork; — Intermediate/Upper-intermediate English level (good skills in written communication); — A proven track record of working with Upwork and LinkedIn ; — Experience with CRM systems: HubSpot; — Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail & Docs)
