Role Overview: As a proactive Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of complex iGaming projects. You’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle — from planning and resource allocation to coordination and execution — ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. This role demands strong ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Primary requirements: * 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the iGaming industry; * Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle; * Solid grasp of business cases and value-driven project delivery; * Proven project and self-management skills; * Critical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset; * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; * Mindful, growth-oriented, and highly motivated to develop professionally.
Main goals: * Administer project management steps; * Plan, control and correct; * Coordinate and track various projects throughout the life cycle of the project; * Management of IT projects of the company: collection of requirements, definition and formulation of SoW, calculation of necessary resources, setting and prioritization of tasks, allocation of resources, control of work and acceptance of results; * Coordinate the work of an external development team; * Participate in the creation and maintenance of project documentation; * Communication with stakeholders and development team, removal of obstacles; * Suggestion and subsequent implementation of best practices in project management; * Participation in the formation and implementation of the product development strategy.
