We’re looking for an HR People Partner to join our team at TestFort and help us shape a supportive, transparent, and people-centered environment.
This role is perfect for someone who’s organized yet empathetic, proactive yet thoughtful — someone who understands that a great employee experience is built through consistency, care, and clear communication at every stage of the journey.
Requirements: — 1+ years of experience in an HR Manager, People Partner, or similar role (in IT); — Understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR best practices; — Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to build trust and handle sensitive topics; — Proactive, structured, and self-driven approach to tasks and problem-solving; — Comfortable using internal HRIS tools (e.g. Odoo, Jira, documentation systems); — English: Intermediate or higher (for documentation and internal syncs); — Open to full-time remote work.
Responsibilities: — Lead end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, adaptation, documentation, offboarding; — Run regular 1:1 meetings, proactively address concerns, and support employee well-being; — Maintain accurate HR records and internal documentation in coordination with internal systems; — Support internal communications: coordinate greetings, feedback initiatives, team news, etc.; — Collaborate closely with managers to provide guidance on people-related topics (motivation, conflict resolution, engagement); — Take part in employee experience initiatives — from small online events to surveys and check-ins; — Suggest improvements to existing HR processes and contribute to internal culture-building; — (Optional) Coordinate low-budget or no-budget internal activities (e.g. casual online events, greetings, celebrations).
