Axon is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent in the field of software development and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
There is an opportunity to transition into an HR Generalist role within one year, so we would be happy to consider candidates with relevant experience. What you need for this position: * 2+ years of experience as a recruiter in IT industry (preferable Service companies or Recruitment agencies); * Strong knowledge of IT terminology including roles, technologies, and technical skill sets, with the ability to effectively evaluate candidates’ expertise; * Proven track record in sourcing and attracting technical talent through various channels, including passive candidate sourcing techniques; * Experience in conducting recruitment interviews and assessing candidates’ skills and competence; * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools; * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and effectively collaborate with hiring managers; * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; * Intermediate level of English or higher.
What you will be doing: * Perform the end-to-end recruitment process, including job offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding; * Utilize various sourcing channels to attract skilled software development professionals; * Review resumes, conduct screenings, and assess candidate suitability; * Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders; * Promote employer brand to attract best talents and to build strong network; * Stay updated on industry trends and take part in enhancing the hiring process.
