Requirements:
— 1-3 years of experience in agencies.
— Experience in launching creative campaigns (cases, portfolio).
— Budget management skills and ability to calculate effectiveness.
— Ability to work under tight deadlines.
— English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
Responsibilities:
— Development of creative and engaging concepts for a fintech company and its products.
— Monitoring the implementation of creative projects.
— Analysis of trends and tendencies, creation of situational scenarios.
— Evaluation of key performance indicators for projects.
— Generation of ideas for key visuals and graphic materials.
— Collaboration with all teams within the Marketing department and defending ideas.
