Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gambling industry, a proven track record in affiliate management, and the ability to develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Affiliate and Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure optimal performance;
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI;
* Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics; Provide actionable insights to optimize affiliate campaigns and improve overall performance;
* Negotiation: Negotiate commission structures, payout models, and other terms with affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements;
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure alignment of affiliate campaigns with overall marketing goals;
* Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep our affiliate programs at the forefront of the market.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 2 years in affiliate marketing, with at least 1 year in the gambling industry;
* Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the gambling industry, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory environment;
* Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation and communication abilities, and proficiency in affiliate tracking software and analytics tools;
* Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
