We’re creating a modern online casino on our own scalable, cloud-based platform — web-first and fully optimized for mobile. Our mission is to deliver exciting gameplay, rewarding mechanics, seamless UX, and full legal compliance.
We’re looking for a Middle Business Analyst to help shape the future of this ambitious product.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and monitor business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define high-level product and game logic requirements
* Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional specifications
* Define user journeys and system behavior in collaboration with design and dev teams
* Create and maintain wireframes, flows, and mockups together with designers
* Support backlog management and requirements traceability
* Evaluate and validate implemented solutions
* Participate in feature prioritization and game economy design discussions
* Assist with preparing compliance and legal documentation
Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:
* 2+ years of relevant experience in business or system analysis
* Solid understanding of both theory and practice of Business Analysis
* Deep knowledge of SDLC with a strong Agile/Scrum orientation
* Proven experience with Web and/or Mobile products
* Strong analytical and documentation skills
* Ability to quickly understand complex gaming domains
Tech Stack & Tools:
* UML, ERD, BPMN
* REST APIs
* OOP concepts
* Jira, Confluence
* Wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Axure)
* (Nice to have) Experience with 3rd-party integrations and cloud platforms
* (Nice to have) Background in social games, casino, or sweepstake models
Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
* Fluent in English (Upper Intermediate or higher)
