We are looking for a Business Development Director who not only leads growth but also directly drives high-value sales of offshore services, including staff augmentation, Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models, and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions.
This role combines strategic business development with hands-on enterprise sales, focused on helping clients build and scale distributed teams. You should bring deep commercial acumen, a strong network, and a proven ability to manage complex negotiations, pricing, and contracts across international markets.
Key Responsibilities: * Own and close complex B2B deals involving offshore team setup, staff augmentation, and EOR models * Drive new client acquisition and grow existing accounts in target regions * Craft tailored commercial proposals and lead negotiation of pricing, contracts, and SLAs * Build trust-based relationships with C-level executives and procurement leaders * Position our services as a solution to scaling talent while reducing operational risk * Understand legal, compliance, and HR frameworks relevant to EOR and offshore employment * Track pipeline activity and report on performance metrics (sales growth, margins, close rates) * Stay current with global hiring trends, pricing benchmarks, and outsourcing best practices
Required Experience: * 5–10+ years of experience in sales or business development for outsourcing, offshore staffing, or HR services * Proven success in selling offshore delivery, staff augmentation, and Employer of Record models * Strong grasp of pricing structures, compliance, and operational implications of cross-border hiring * Experience navigating contractual negotiations with legal and procurement teams * Fluent in consultative sales techniques with strong relationship-building skills * Highly self-motivated, capable of closing deals independently * Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
