We’re opening the position of Technical Product Manager to join the existing team in the project of our customers. They provide SAAS solutions that help companies to optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning & execution, process automation, and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for better predictions and prevention of disruptions across businesses. We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for enabling other teams’ products by meta-driven design. This is a hands-on role to work with a meta-model structure, processing, and company products. Responsibilities: * Product vision and strategy: You should have a clear understanding of the product vision and strategy and be able to communicate it to the team. You should work closely with stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements * Requirements management: As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for working with various stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and the development team, to clarify requirements and ensure that everyone is on the same page. You should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations, and translate them into clear and actionable requirements. You should be able to create clear and detailed product requirements documentation * Product backlog management: You should be responsible for managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed, and prioritised based on business value. You should work closely with the development team to ensure that the backlog items are well understood and estimated * Sprint planning: You should work with the development team to plan sprints and ensure that the sprint goals align with the product vision and strategy. You should also ensure that the sprint backlog is well-defined, and the development team has a clear understanding of the work to be done * Cross-functional team coordination: You should work closely with the development team, architects, UI/UX designers and other stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to ensure that the product is developed in a collaborative and cross-functional manner. You should facilitate communication and ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals * Guiding and resolving team challenges: As a Technical Product Manager, you will need to guide the development team towards the product vision and goals, and resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise along the way. This may include addressing technical issues, prioritising work, managing competing priorities, and resolving conflicts between team members. You should be able to facilitate productive discussions and ensure that everyone is working together towards the same objectives * Product demonstrations: You should be responsible for conducting product demonstrations for stakeholders, customers, and the development team. You should be able to effectively communicate the product’s features, benefits, and value proposition * Release management: You should be responsible for managing the release process, ensuring that the product is released on time, and meets customer needs. You should work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is well-tested and ready for release. You should help create effective product documentation (including user guides, configuration guides, release notes)
Requirements: * 5+ years of commercial experience in IT * Strong and comprehensive understanding of various requirements gathering techniques * Experience with various requirements documentation techniques (user flows, use cases, workflow diagrams, sequence diagrams, business rules etc.) * Experience of writing product documentation for internal and external stakeholders (PRD/BRD documents, user manuals, configuration guides, release notes, etc.) * Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and explain business and technical requirements to different stakeholders in a clear and concise manner * Practical experience with requirements prioritisation * Strong understanding of Agile practices and SLDC * Experience in product discovery and solution proposal for customer problems * Knowledge of UI/UX design process and experience working with the design team * Experience of creating product roadmaps * Effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders * Excellent presentation and communication skills * Experience using Jira and Aha for product backlog management and sprint planning * English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
