Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top-tier talent to our organization by identifying and engaging potential candidates across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the talent market, advanced research skills, and a strong ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for creating sourcing strategies to fill current openings and build a pipeline for future hiring needs. By leveraging social media, job boards, and networking, you will help us find the right individuals who align with our company culture and values
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates * Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to find and engage candidates * Conduct thorough candidate searches and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future roles * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate qualifications * Screen and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization * Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process * Continuously analyze and improve sourcing approaches, measuring effectiveness, and adjusting strategies as necessary
Qualifications: * Demonstrated experience as a Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of sourcing techniques * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers * Advanced analytical skills to evaluate and improve sourcing strategies and outcomes * Ability to organize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment * Passion for talent acquisition and staying current with industry trends and best practices * Proficiency in the English language (B1 level and higher)
