If you’re experienced in managing web and mobile development projects, working with cross-functional teams, and keeping communication clear and goals on track, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Responsibilities: • Manage projects at various stages: proposal creation, inception, delivery, post-production support • Identify business cases and elaborate action plans • Work closely with engineering teams — from building structure to ongoing support • Establish and maintain effective project processes • Communicate with clients to share project status and flag potential issues • Track progress and report to stakeholders • Identify risks, escalate issues, and find resolutions • Support and grow your team — both personally and professionally • Be a source of ideas and drive implementation • Foster a positive and productive team atmosphere
You should have: • Advanced English (written and spoken) — must-have • Experience as a Project Manager on technical/IT products • Strong background in writing and analyzing requirements • Technical understanding of web-based systems • Responsibility for task execution and quality delivery • Effective communication skills — task clarity and progress updates • Strategic thinking and ability to convert it into actionable plans • Confidence working in critical situations with stakeholders • Multitasking and prioritization skills • Ability to work both independently and in a team • Solid grasp of business needs, client expectations, and process management • Experience working with global enterprise clients and managing stakeholder relationships
