We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team! This position is being opened to support our current recruiter and help us scale hiring efforts for outstaffing needs. Required skills: * 1 year of experience (or less) as recruiter, sourcer or researcher (preferably in tech). * Strong written and spoken English (B2+). * Solid knowledge of job boards, social media, and sourcing platforms. * Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities: * Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles: from sourcing to closing offers. * Collaborate directly with Hiring Managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. * Write clear and attractive job descriptions for open roles. * Use advanced sourcing techniques across various platforms and channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.). * Maintain and organize recruitment-related documentation.
