We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic Business Analytics Manager to take ownership of the logic, evaluation, and optimization of our in-house marketing automation system.
This isn’t a traditional analytics role — you’ll sit at the intersection of data, marketing strategy, and system logic, working hand-in-hand with developers and senior leadership to improve decision-making structures and scale performance across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do: * Act as the key architect behind the logic of our marketing automation tools. * Translate marketing and business goals into structured decision-making rules and performance models. * Collaborate with developers to implement and iterate on system logic (no coding required, but strong technical fluency is essential). * Continuously evaluate outputs, identify inefficiencies, and propose structural improvements based on data. * Use insights from system-generated reports to optimize performance, inform strategic decisions, and identify opportunities for scalable growth.
What We’re Looking For: * Strong background in business analytics, marketing analytics, or data-driven product management. * Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and digital advertising (Google Ads experience is a plus but not required). * Ability to think in systems — translating real-world marketing challenges into structured logic and processes. * Experience working closely with technical teams to build or improve internal tools. * Strategic mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations that drive growth.
