We’re looking for a hands-on, AI-savvy Content Creator to bring our content strategy to life. This is a long-term role focused on making videos and visuals that drive traffic, boost CTR, and support lead generation. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create and test content across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
What You’ll Do: * Create high-performing video and graphic content using AI tools. * Write and adapt copy using AI (prompts) for Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn. * Execute and manage A/B tests across platforms with SEO-optimized descriptions. * Adapt creative assets for different formats: vertical, square, banners, previews. * Analyze performance using Google Analytics 4 and iterate based on insights. * Collaborate with the team to test hypotheses and expand traffic channels. * Transform briefs into final deliverables: videos, visuals, and copy uploaded to platforms. * Stay on top of content trends, formats, and tools- and share learnings with the team.
What We Expect: * 1+ year of commercial experience. * Portfolio with 5–10 examples: YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels, AI visuals, banners, video edits (links or PDF/deck). * Experience using AI tools like: CapCut, HeyGen (AI avatars, video pitches), Midjourney, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity. * Ability to write clear prompts for AI image/video generation. * Solid grasp of composition, typography, color, and clean layouting. * Experience with B2B, SaaS, and understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). * SEO basics: ability to apply tags and metadata (technical setup is provided). * Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, funnel metrics, CTR, brand awareness. * Fast, autonomous, and proactive- you don’t wait for instructions. * Strong communication and fact-checking skills. * Comfortable with feedback and iteration.
Nice to Have: * Experience with telecom or CPaaS products (optional). * Background in marketing automation or AI-driven content workflows. * Familiarity with localization and adapting content for different markets. * Ability to test and optimize content for mobile vs desktop. * Basic understanding of paid traffic strategies (PPC, backlinks).
