Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Business Analyst (ERP Finance) who’s ready to dive deep into finance workflows and shape systems that serve real business needs.
This role is about launching a new ERP-related initiative from scratch — with focus on financial data, cross-team collaboration, and smart, documented processes. If you’re into analytics, systems thinking, and impactful delivery — we’d love to meet you.
Your key responsibilities will include: — Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across finance, operations, payments, and product teams. — Responsible for end-to-end financial workflows specific to high-load transactional platforms (including operations and finance analytics/reports). — Define functional specifications for Finance ERP system. — Collaborate with developers, architects, and system integrators to shape requirements, data models, diagrams. — Lead sessions with stakeholders to map business processes and identify needs. — Document system behavior, workflows, data dictionaries, and training materials for ERP end users. — Stay informed of regulatory, tax, and operational changes in regulated digital domains that impact finance systems.
It’s a match if you have: — Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. — Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken). — 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with focus on ERP or Finance systems. — Experience in regulated transactional environments or high-volume digital platforms. — Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliation processes, and compliance. — Experience with designing or working on ERP systems (custom or commercial). — Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and software product life cycles.
