What You’ll Be Doing: * identifying and contacting potential partners through email and LinkedIn, categorizing leads, understanding their needs and potential, and negotiating terms of cooperation; * building and keeping strong, long-lasting client relationships, looking for ways to grow advertising campaigns, and discussing possible strategies with partners; * tracking the performance of current campaigns and adjusting agreements to meet business goals; * regularly monitor affiliate performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, partnerships, and operational efficiency; * researching new business models, learning from industry leaders, and implementing innovative strategies.
Your Skills: * advanced English level and fluency in Ukrainian; * experience in affiliate/sales or in related roles (marketing, audit, analytics, consulting, customer support, lead generation) where you applied analytical skills and worked with data; * excellent business communication and argumentation skills; * strong analytical skills with the ability to work with statistics, draw data-driven insights, and apply them in negotiations; * high productivity, self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
