We are looking for a candidate for the System Analyst position to join a local telecom operator project.
Responsibilities * Analysis of the business needs of the internal/external customer, taking into account possible limitations and developing the solution architecture * Expert evaluation of the customer’s project documentation (briefs, concepts, etc.) * Agreement of requirements between the internal/external customer and other parties to the process * Design of technical solutions and managing their life cycle * Modeling of business processes and developing a solution model * Planning and organizing testing of solutions by the customer * Preparation of technical documentation (functional/non-functional requirements), user instructions * Preparation of orders within the company for performing work on IT platforms
Requirements * Higher education * Experience as a business or system analyst in IT projects for at least 3 years * Experience in telecom with Billing, Online Charging, Order Management systems will be plus * Understanding REST architecture, basics of DBMS * Professional knowledge of UML notation * Experience working with Jira, Confluence * Basic skills in working with SQL queries * Analytical thinking, ability to formalize and document business requirements within the framework of a project/task * English (experience in writing technical documentation)
